Elevated branding for an elementary school that wanted to upgrade their DIY logo to the real deal. Gulph Elementary had two goals: to create a modern, distinctive brand that reflected their credibility and high standards, and to inspire excitement and connection within their school community. Good branding creates unity and pride. It has the staff and community excited to wear (and buy!) merchandise. 

LOGO SUITE & COLOR PALETTES

Branding for an elementary school requires a balance of youthful energy and elevated design. In this case, we replaced a cartoon alligator with a more classic illustration to better align with the school’s brand strategy.

Gulph also required two color palettes. One aligned with their district and one that could embrace their own school's unique personality. 

MERCHANDISE & SCHOOL SPIRIT

For schools like Gulph Elementary, merchandise plays a key role in building community, raising funds, and fostering school pride. I created a range of branded mockups to help the team visualize how the new identity could come to life on apparel and spirit wear. These mockups not only reinforced the brand’s cohesive look but also highlighted how design can support everyday moments of connection—whether through a fundraiser tee or a student proudly wearing their school logo.
